RETURNS

Every customer and every purchase is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase please get in touch with us and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation. 

We will accept returned items up to 28 days from the date they were delivered to you. As long as the returned item meets the conditions listed below, we will provide you with a store credit in the amount of the returned item. 

Tea - tea must have its original seals and packaging intact and in perfect condition.  

Balm -  balm tins must be unopened and in perfect conditions.

Spray - Bottles must be sealed and unopened.

RETURN SHIPPING

If an item arrives to you damaged or is the wrong item, please notify us immediately and we will arrange the return shipping, contact info@labtonica.co.uk

If you choose to return an item, because you no longer want it, you are responsible for shipping costs. Any items returned to us damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.
